Terms of Use

"Us", "We" are defined in this document to refer to Renegon LLC, its members, officers, directors, and employees.
"SwiftSeller", "app", "service" are defined as the SwiftSeller iOS app available in the United States App Store.
This agreement is made between Renegon LLC and you, or if you represent an organization, that entity or organization.
No Warranties
SwiftSeller is provided to you on an as-is basis. We make no claims or representations on the functionality of the app and you agree that you understand that SwiftSeller is not free of faults which could potentially result in damages to you or your business. For instance (this is not exhaustive), if you use any tools in SwiftSeller that sends offers to users and/or adjusts the price of listings, you agree that you understand that there could be potential faults in the SwiftSeller software which may send an incorrect offer or result in an incorrect price adjustment which causes financial loss.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Renegon LLC, nor any of its officers, its members, officers, directors, and employees be held liable for damages caused by the use of SwiftSeller.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Renegon LLC, its officers, its members, officers, directors, and employees against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
Billing Terms
Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you forget to cancel your subscription, you agree that you do not hold us liable to grant you a refund. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Revisions to Our Terms of Use
We reserve the right to revise these Terms or any part of it from time to time without notice to you. Please review these Terms periodically for changes. It is your duty to review this agreement periodically.
Minors
Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from using SwiftSwller.
Access and Changes to the Service
You understand that we may from time to time, in its sole discretion, update, change, revise, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any portion thereof) with or without notice. We reserve the right to terminate any user's access to SwiftSeller for any specific reason with or without notice.
Community Guidelines
SwiftSeller is automation software and qualifies as a bot. Use of automation software is prohibited by Poshmark's community guidelines and can result in a temporary or permanent suspension. By using SwiftSeller, you agree that if Poshmark chooses to take action against your account, that you shall not hold us liable for any damages incurred to you or your business. Even though we claim to provide safeguards to help lower the chance that you get identified as a bot (e.g. waiting a long time in between automated tasks), you agree that these claims are merely anecdotal, may underestimate the risk of detection, and present no guarantee that your account will not be terminated. There are risks with everything in life. Whether it be you driving a car, walking across the street, or taking medication–you do those tasks at your own risk, and the same thing applies to SwiftSeller. You agree to use SwiftSeller at your own risk.
Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes.
